Keto and Paleo friendly with no added refined sugar, this makes for a guilt-free, sugar-free vanilla frosting to go with any cupcake of choice!
So simple to make
What you'll need:
- Heavy cream (organic, grass-fed)
- Monk fruit (powdered)
- Butter (grass-fed)
- Vanilla extract
How to make Sugar-Free Vanilla Frosting
Place your butter and Monk fruit in the bowl of your mixer. Mix them together on low speed until well blended
Mix in the heavy cream and the vanilla extract.
Turn the mixer up to medium-high speed and continue mixing. It could take 5-8 minutes until texture is light and fluffy.
This sugar-free vanilla frosting can be stored in fridge for up to a week.
